Personal data we process
Through the quotation form: name, company, email address, phone number, and the loading, delivery and cargo details of the shipment. This data reaches us only if you submit the form.
Purposes and legal basis
Data is processed to assess your request, prepare a quotation and contact you. The legal basis is that processing is directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract (KVKK art. 5/2-c) and legitimate interest (art. 5/2-f).
Transfers, including abroad
The site is hosted on Vercel and form messages are delivered by email through Resend. These providers may hold servers outside Türkiye; transfers are made with appropriate safeguards under KVKK art. 9.
Retention
Quotation correspondence is kept for the commercial and legal retention periods that follow the request, and is then deleted or anonymised.
Your rights
Under KVKK art. 11 you may ask whether your personal data is processed, request information about it, ask for correction or deletion, and claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.
